Man beginnt mit den Worten \u201eIch h\u00f6re, du sagst\u2026\u201c und endet mit \u201eHabe ich dich geh\u00f6rt?\u201c Dabei versucht man, die geh\u00f6rten Worte wiederzugeben, ohne zu interpretieren oder eigene Antworten zu geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gut zuh\u00f6ren ist der Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr gutes Verstehen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wichtige Gespr\u00e4che, bei denen es darauf ankommt, einander besonders gut zuzuh\u00f6ren, gibt es \u00fcberall, nicht nur mit dem Partner: mit Freunden, mit Ihren Kindern, vielleicht auch mit den Eltern. Wichtig ist, vorher kurz zu erkl\u00e4ren, was man vorhat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probieren Sie es aus! Gerade kleine Kinder k\u00f6nnen wunderbar spiegeln, weil sie wirklich frei sind, das zu h\u00f6ren, was gesagt wurde, ohne sich Antworten zu \u00fcberlegen. Ab dem dritten Lebensjahr ist das m\u00f6glich.
